Low Tide Ride

The Rotary Club of Coronado’s 11^th Annual Low Tide Ride and Stride takes place at low tide on June 28 from the YMCA Surf in Camp Imperial Beach to Sunset Park in Coronado. This beautiful beach will be open to the public from 8am to 11am as an 8.2-mile biking and running course. All ages and ability can compete — tickets are $30 for adults and $10 for children. Proceeds from the event will support the C-5 Program at the Naval Medical Center of San Diego, which treats severely injured or ill patients throughout their entire recovery — from evacuation to return to active duty. Some of the proceeds will also help the Rotary Club to support a number of programs locally, regionally, and internationally. (www.coronadorotary.org)   MASON RICHEY
