Urban Surf 4 Kids Paddle Fest

On Sunday, October 12, from 8am-2pm, at Bonita Cove in Mission Bay Park, Urban Surf 4 Kids’ Paddle Fest will feature three courses for racers of various skill levels and a vendor expo with music, demos, and speakers. Enjoy live music, food, and entertainment throughout the day with an opportunity drawing as well as an awards ceremony. Motivational speakers include Big Wave Surfing Legend Dave Kalama and professional endurance athlete Tom Jones. Entry fee includes board rental; proceeds benefit Urban Surf 4 Kids, which aims to empower foster children and teach them how to serve our communities while providing them with a healthy outlet through water-based activities.
