On Friday, April 24, at 1pm, Center For Community Solutions presents Tea and Tonic, a high tea fundraiser at The Grand Del Mar. Special guest is Don McPherson, an All-American quarterback elected to the College Football Hall of Fame and a veteran of the NFL and Canadian Football League. Speaking around the country for more than 20 years, McPherson has turned his focus to the issue of “men’s violence against women,” and has emerged as a national leader and advocate for the prevention of sexual and domestic violence. McPherson will move, inspire, and enlighten as he shares his passionate journey on these important issues. (www.ccssd.org)
