This year’s Cake Show theme, “Rockin’ Cake,” will offer an assortment of rock-and-roll-inspired cakes. Celebrity chefs, local bakers, amateur decorators, and community members will come together for cake decorating competitions, demonstrations, and in-depth classes taught by experts. Celebrity appearances will include Natalie Sideserf, the star of Food Network’s Texas Cake House. The event will also feature raffle prizes including KitchenAid mixers and tickets to Disneyland.
