Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego’s annual ROMP gala will bring together longtime supporters and philanthropists for “A Moment in Buenos Aires” at Estancia La Jolla on October 3. Led by co-chairs Steve and Rex Romande, the sixth annual gala will feature musical entertainment, gourmet food, and a live auction. The Romandes’ history with the Ronald McDonald House dates back to when they welcomed their daughter Kingsley into their lives and had to rely on the House for its services. Shortly after their personal experience with the Ronald McDonald House, close friend Mary Drake founded the first ever ROMP gala. The Romandes have been involved with the charity ever since.
