The Modern Home Tour gives architects, designers, and homebuilders the opportunity to showcase their work. Attendees can engage the minds behind the designs as they explore some of San Diego’s modern homes. Participating architects, designers, and featured neighborhoods include a brand-new home in Mission Hills designed and built by Nakhshab Development & Design, a sleek home in University Heights redesigned and renovated by D. Diehl Designs, a renovation by Duende Design + Construction of a 1947 home in Bay Park, an L-shaped Encinitas hilltop home designed by Steven Lombardi Architects, and a second Duende Design + Construction renovation of a Bay Park home built in 1956.
