18th Annual Encinitas Oktoberfest

The 18th Annual Encinitas Oktoberfest takes place September 22, occupying six blocks in celebration of culture and tradition. Features include a ceremonial parade led by Grand Marshall Edgar Engert, live music by the Blue Birds International Show Band and Gemutlichkeit Alpine Dancers, the highly anticipated Chicken Dance and a family fun zone with children’s games. Over 200 vendors will fill the streets, including artisans, food and refreshment tents serving authentic German food, wine and beer areas, and other local crafters.
