Heart of San Diego Gala

The 18th Annual Heart of San Diego Gala will take place on Saturday, February 7, at 6pm, at Park Hyatt Aviara Resort. Under the leadership of co-chairs Catherina Madani and Genevieve Mahmud, enjoy an evening of dinner, dancing, and high-energy entertainment to benefit UC San Diego Sulpizio Cardiovascular Center’s cardiovascular research, clinical care, and training programs. This year’s theme, “Pulse of the Future,” embodies the next-generation innovations taking place at Sulpizio Cardiovascular Center, providing cardiovascular research, services, and training programs in one location. This year’s gala honoree is Ken Buechler, PhD, co-founder of Biosite Inc., a San Diego company that provides diagnostic products and antibody development technologies.
