East Village Opening Day

The East Village Association celebrates the opening of baseball season as the San Diego Padres open the gates of Petco Park to host the San Francisco Giants on Thursday, April 9. The free, family-friendly Opening Day Block Party takes place on J Street between 6th and 10th Avenues from 10am-7pm. Show your team pride, and enjoy live entertainment from local bands and DJs, a great food selection from delicious local restaurants and food trucks between 6th Avenue and 7th Avenue, and a country block between 7th Avenue and 8th Avenue.
