Circus Under The Stars

On Saturday, October 12, from 5:30-10pm, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Oceanside will host its annual “Boys & Girls Night Out” fundraiser at Oceanside Museum of Art. This year’s event will have a spectacular “Circus Under The Stars” theme and will feature world-renowned trapeze artists, The Steben Twins. Identical twins Karyne and Sarah Steben have been recognized around the globe as the youngest trapeze team to star in Cirque du Soleil and first female innovators of the feet-to-feet catch technique. They will headline the event with their visually stunning and expressive aerial performances in a “big-top” setting. Guests will also enjoy live and silent auction items in addition to exquisite food and drinks provided by the finest restaurants and caterers in North County.

 

Celebrating its 60-year anniversary, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Oceanside serves more than 1,400 children daily in Oceanside and North County. The money raised at this year’s event will benefit the Boys & Girls Clubs scholarship fund, which seeks to keep membership dues low so that no child is turned away due to financial reasons. The Boys & Girls Clubs of Oceanside has set out to raise over $100,000 in honor of the celebratory occasion to continue its success and dedication in shaping the youth of tomorrow.
