Shelter to Soldier presents its sixth annual fundraising gala, with presenting sponsor Cox Communications. Enjoy live music by K. Emeline, an exciting silent and live auction with auctioneer Clint Bell, and dinner and drinks in the company of the nonprofit’s veteran/service dog graduates while supporting its mission of “Saving Lives, Two at a Time.” Shelter to Soldier adopts dogs from local shelters and trains them to become psychiatric service dogs for post-9/11 combat veterans suffering from PTS, TBI, and/or other psychological injuries associated with traumatic service experiences.
