Tri-City Hospital Foundation’s annual black tie ball will return for its 35th anniversary, paying homage to its original name — Baile de Esperanza. The elegant affair will take place on Saturday, November 7, at the Park Hyatt Aviara, to help create healthier futures for North County mothers and babies. All proceeds raised will benefit the expansion and renovation of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and the Labor and Delivery Department at Tri-City Medical Center.
