Evening Of Indian Music

Mingei International Museum presents An Evening of Indian Music with Kartik Seshadri and Friends on Friday, March 12, at 8pm at the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego’s Sherwood Auditorium. Seshadri is a world-renowned sitar virtuoso, composer, and educator who has collaborated with major artists including Phillip Glass and Ravi Shankar. Seshadri is presenting this benefit concert as a gift in recognition of Mingei International’s work in sharing international arts and culture, particularly from India, with the San Diego community. Tickets are $35 (unreserved seating), $75 (reserved seating, post-concert reception with the artists, and a gift certificate from Amba in Solana Beach), and $125 (reserved seating, valet parking, post-concert reception with the artists, and a handmade gift from Amba).
