La V’s Dine & Wine Series
La Valencia Hotel’s 2015 Dine & Wine Series commemorates the hotel’s eight decades of wine curation and its signature wine vault. The series pairs some of the world’s most prestigious wines with the artfully crafted cuisine of the hotel’s award-winning executive chef James Montejano, accented with insights from the featured winemakers and vintners. Evenings begin with a reception in the La Sala Lounge followed by a five-course dinner and wine pairings in La V’s great room-style restaurant. Socialize and get first-hand information from experts representing the featured wineries.
