Carlsbad-based CBD brand Smilyn Wellness is donating ten percent of all proceeds through May 31 to San Diego families who are facing hardship during the coronavirus pandemic. Through a unique collaboration with Intellihelp, Smilyn Wellness is on a mission to provide lifesaving assistance directly to those in need. Intellihelp is a global, peer-to-peer donation network that solves the immediate needs of the COVID-19 crisis by connecting those in need with those who can give.

“This pandemic is beyond anything we could have ever imagined. It’s our goal, through these types of efforts, that we can provide relief to San Diego during these challenging times,” says Brett Weiss, CEO of Smilyn Wellness. “Our goal is to persistently give back to the local communities, as helping others is what gives Smilyn Wellness purpose.”

Smilyn Wellness has a lengthy history of giving back to the community and supporting organizations who rally behind the true heroes of the pandemic — the healthcare professionals on the front lines.

The partnership with Intellihelp is just one more way Smilyn is taking philanthropy to the next level.
