
Chefs, Cork & Craft Gala
The Jacobs & Cushman San Diego Food Bank’s annual gala celebrated the talent of the county’s best chefs. Chef committee chair, Chef Sara Polczynski of Seasoned Plates, led the team of 30 chefs during the dinner service. Each table of ten guests was assigned a personal chef for the evening who prepared a multi-course dinner of signature dishes. The event included live music by The Fremonts and The Sleepwalkers, silent and live auctions, and the now famous cocktail lounge in the Food Bank’s walk-in refrigeration unit. Proceeds supported critical hunger-relief programs. Co-chairs were Jeannie Johnson Bolinger and Cheryl Floros.
