Navy SEALs and Special Operation Forces Benefit

More than $1 million was raised to benefit Navy SEALs and the Special Operations Forces Support Foundation at the Del Mar Country Club. Co-chaired by Madeleine Pickens and Dominique Plewes, the day began with a performance from the Navy Band Southwest, and an aerial skydiving display courtesy of Skydiving Innovations. After the golf tournament, the gala featured a cocktail reception, dinner, and silent and live auction. Keynote speaker Dr. Dilip Joseph talked about his book, Kidnapped by the Taliban: A Story of Terror, Hope and Rescue by SEAL Team Six.
