The Malin Burnham Awards took place to celebrate those who have changed the reality of San Diego

The Malin Burnham Awards

For more than 50 years, Malin Burnham has served the community of San Diego. He is a champion of young people and believes in the mission of Reality Changers, which transforms lives by providing youth from disadvantaged backgrounds with the academic support, financial assistance, and leadership training to become college graduates.​ At the Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine, The Malin Burnham Awards took place to celebrate the region’s most admired leaders, businesses, and organizations that have changed the reality of San Diego and are most emblematic of Burnham’s motto of “Community Before Self.”
