The Corporate Directors Forum honored the seven winners of its 27th Annual Director of the Year Awards at a gala dinner themed “007: License to Govern” at the Hyatt Regency La Jolla at Aventine. Founded in 1998, the awards recognize board directors for outstanding performance leading their organizations, and for passing on their knowledge to the next generation. Retired executive Ron L. Merriman and Maggie T. Watkins were honored for Lifetime Achievement.
