Tea by the Sea marks St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center’s 13th annual celebration

Held at the iconic Marine Room, Tea by the Sea marked St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center’s 13th annual celebration featuring traditional tea service alongside signature cocktails, curated bites and hors d’oeuvres, live music, opportunity drawings, and shopping from Sophie’s Gallery. Proceeds benefited Sophie’s Gallery and Art Program in Downtown El Cajon, which provides adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities the opportunity to create and work in a professional art environment. The event honored Sister Virginia Rodee, RSCJ, and recognized Maureen King, Angel Kleinbub, and Barbara Menard as honorary chairs.
