Shelter To Soldier hosted a reception at the Rancho Santa Fe estate of Holli and Anthony Lienau to celebrate those who have made the nonprofit’s program succeed and grow. Guests enjoyed live music, small bites, and beer and wine in the company of Shelter to Soldier sponsors, donors, graduates, and their service dogs. Shelter to Soldier adopts dogs from local shelters and trains them to become psychiatric service dogs for post-9/11 combat veterans suffering from PTSD, TBI, and/or other psychological injuries associated with traumatic service experiences.
