Lauren Monroe, singer, songwriter, and healing artist, and husband Rick Allen, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee and Def Leppard drummer, performed at GenerateHope’s annual fundraiser at Birch Aquarium. GenerateHope is a San Diego-based nonprofit that supports survivors of sex trafficking to help them heal and find restoration in long-term housing with trauma-informed therapy, education, and vocational support.  NBC 7 news anchor Monica Dean served as emcee for the evening, which also featured a keynote presentation by San Diego District Attorney Summer Stephan.
