Doggie Gras

Helen Woodward Animal Center’s fourth annual Doggie Gras Parade took place at the Rancho Santa Fe Farmer’s Market to shine a light on the center’s orphan pets. Purple, green, and gold bedecked and bejeweled the event, where attendees noshed, took pictures against New Orleans style-backgrounds, made Doggie Gras-themed masks, and participated in a treasure hunt. Guests were encouraged to take part in the parade by decorating pet strollers or wagons for their own furry friends.
