A Rancho Santa Fe icon prepares for a new chapter
Posted on February 22, 2019
Fore more than three decades, Connie and Bill McNally have been in the business of buying and selling high-end fine art and antiques. Well-trusted in their expertise for the discerning buyer and collector, the McNallys have earned a reputation for being able to locate the rare and unusual items that their clients desire. But, as Connie notes, “in the Book of Ecclesiastes chapter 3, it is written: ‘There is a time and a season for everything under the sun.’” Connie explains, “We here at The McNally Company Antiques have had a wonderful and long season as a retail gallery in Rancho Santa Fe. After much prayer we feel it is time for us to embrace a new season. We are not retiring from business, but we are retiring from a day-to-day retail gallery.” The McNallys will continue to conduct estate sales, and buy and sell for collectors, decorators, and clients. They will also maintain their website and continue selling on Invaluable.com. “No one in the Bible ever retired!” Connie adds. The McNallys plan to have their retail gallery closed by the end of March, beginning immediately with a storewide sale in which everything will be marked down.
“We would like to take this time to thank our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, from the bottom of our hearts, along with all the people who helped make our 30 years a joyous and successful adventure,” says Connie. “It has been especially rewarding to have so many of you thank us for helping to make your homes so beautiful and becoming such good and special friends. Please drop by our gallery to see if we can charm you one last time with a treasure before we close the doors.” mcnallycompanyantiques.com
