Palma Boutique opens this month in the Del Rayo Village Shopping Center in Fairbanks Ranch, inspired by owner Electra Kolizeras’ travels in Spain. “I truly fell in love with Mallorca,” she notes. “The island has such a diverse history that is reflected in its breathtaking architecture. I loved everything from the quaint little villages and beautiful beaches to the charm of the Mallorcan people and their extraordinary hospitality.” Her chic boutique offers everything from sundresses to cocktail attire, as well as jewelry and handbags. Brands include Agua by Agua Bendita, Alexandra Miro, Bandoiux Saint Tropez, Camilla, The SEI, and many more.

Fashionphile, offering a treasure trove of pre-owned, ultra-luxury handbags and accessories, has unveiled a stunning new showroom at its Carlsbad headquarters. Founder and President Sarah Davis started the brand in 1999, and it has since grown into the country’s largest resale platform for buying and selling the most coveted goods from Chanel, Gucci, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, and many more. Once primarily a digital company, Fashionphile has expanded to include retail stores and a wholesale division.

Kate Whitney, owner of Boulevard, a successful high-end luxury resale shop in La Jolla, has now debuted his-and-her Boulevard boutiques on Paseo Delicias in the village of Rancho Santa Fe. Here you’ll find a range of brands from Rag & Bone to Hermès. “The Boulevard ‘look’ is one called you,” Whitney says. “The real you — the one that makes you feel good, confident, beautiful, sexy, happy, peaceful.”

Sea + Wander in Cardiff reflects the seaside community’s casual, coastal vibe. Owner Jackie Karnavas and her team stock the store with sundresses; denim from Frame, Mother, and Retrofit; Frye boots and sneakers; House of Sacred Flame jewelry; and fun handbags. The globe-trotting Karnavas even brought back tote bags from Dubai. The boutique also offers an apothecary section that includes Epicurean moisturizers and hand creams, and “cheeky” girlfriend gifts. “We have a little bit of everything,” says the boutique’s Nichole Cox. “That’s what makes it so fun here.”
