The duo behind the Del Mar Dress Company in the Cedros Design District has moved — across the street. Lisa Harrison and Mindey Morrison have taken over La Femme Chic, a consignment boutique offering gently worn designer shoes, handbags, clothes, and accessories. Recent finds include a swingy leather skirt by Alaia, nearly new bags by Louis Vuitton, and vintage jewelry from Chanel.
