A Cucina Christmas

Tracy Borkum’s hot new restaurant, Cucina Enoteca in Del Mar’s Flower Hill, is also a cool place to do some holiday shopping. The Urban Kitchen Shop, in Borkum’s restaurants and online, stocks an eclectic array of treasures, from hand-screened aprons to vintage chicken feeders. Borkum got so many requests from customers about her restaurants’ rustic furnishings that she decided to sell them herself. Finds include copper Moscow mule mugs, acacia wood pizza boards, burlap dining chairs, wooden tassel chandeliers, and, for the perfect hostess gift, wine sleeves made from felt.
