L’Auberge Del Mar, the centerpiece of this storied seaside community, celebrates its 25th anniversary with getaway, dining, and spa specials through December 25. The Anniversary package includes accommodations, a $25 resort credit, strawberries and Champagne, and a keepsake frame. Spa L’Auberge is offering $125 pricing for such treatments as the Mint Julep Body Scrub, inspired by the Del Mar Race Track, just a few furlongs away. Kitchen 1540’s executive chef Brandon Fortune offers a dry-aged steak special, and the Living Room bar is serving a Silver Anniversary cocktail — rosemary and cucumber with fresh lime, St. Germain, and Patron Silver (shaken, not stirred).
