Hotel del Coronado is inviting revelers to ring in 2022 with a roaring ’20s gala. Visitors will be mesmerized as the iconic Crown Room transforms into a Great Gatsby-themed speakeasy, with dinner and dancing courtesy of a live DJ and The Mighty Untouchables. A midnight champagne toast and an open bar will have guests clinking “Cheers!” all night long, and the following day, guests can enjoy their first meal of the New Year with The Del’s famed brunch featuring regionally inspired dishes, international cuisine, a gourmet mimosa and bloody mary bar, and more.

Addison is offering an eight-course tasting menu to celebrate New Year’s Eve. Chef William Bradley and team are preparing an experience showcasing the purity of California gastronomy as well as world-class ingredients such as caviar and white truffles. The New Year’s Eve menu is $425 per person with supplemental wine pairings available. Reservations can be made on OpenTable.

Evans Hotels is bringing back its New Year’s Eve Celebration Cruise aboard the legendary William D. Evans sternwheeler, featuring multiple floors of live DJs, a champagne toast, chef’s choice appetizers, cash bar, and party favors. Continue the celebration with an overnight stay for two at the Bahia Resort Hotel.

Celebrate in style at Park Hyatt Aviara with live music, specialty cocktails, and a variety of culinary offerings. The resort’s Ember & Rye presents Roaring ’22 from 8pm-1am. Come dressed in your best 1920s attire to enjoy live entertainment with the world-renowned Dave Stephens Band and a special late-night menu while dancing the night away. This one-of-a-kind celebration will offer an exclusive speakeasy experience and elevated libations. Tickets are $400 per person. Or, Winter Wonderland in California Salon, priced at $149 per person, features indoor and outdoor seating, live music by Jemaille Vialet Trio, a complimentary glass of champagne, balloon drop, and special menu offerings.

Join L’Auberge Del Mar in celebrating New Year’s Eve with an intimate and sophisticated dining experience. Enjoy two seatings at onsite restaurant, Adelaide, from 6-9pm, champagne included, and a three-piece band for entertainment. At 9pm, the hotel’s signature lobby area will feature a DJ, drinks, and appetizers to ring in the New Year. The hotel will also be having a New Year’s Day brunch at Adelaide, reservations for which can be made via OpenTable.

Celebrate with Chickagne! — fried chicken and champagne, with caviar bumps and more — at Matsu, Oceanside’s new modern Japanese fine dining locale. The general menu will be served until 8pm, and then, from 10pm to 1am, guests can order Matsu’s Naegi fried chicken, caviar, champagne, Japanese cocktails, and an assortment of other handcrafted dishes, all a la carte, with counter service.
