The Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego will host The Gala @ MCASD, the reimagined fundraising benefit previously known as Monte Carlo, at the expanded La Jolla campus.
Guests will be the first to see the spectacular exhibition Alexis Smith: The American Way. Co-chaired by board members Marcos Ramírez ERRE and Dagmar Smek, The Gala @ MCASD will be a night filled with elegance, surprise, and intrigue. Following the exhibition preview, guests will enjoy a cocktail reception in Axline Court and an immersive dining experience featuring a curated menu designed by Tim Kolanko, Executive Chef at Urban Kitchen Group. The celebration will continue with The After Party @ MCASD, featuring a variety of unique activations throughout the building including live music, dancing, surprise entertainment, specialty cocktails, and indulgent late-night snacks, all inspired by the special exhibition.
Proceeds will benefit MCASD’s dynamic exhibition schedule and education programs that foster conversations and connect visitors to contemporary art.
