Rise Up! Gala
For the second year in a row, Sister League of San Diego gears up for its next major fundraising event, the 2023 Rise Up! Gala.
Last year for the celebration of the nonprofits 80th year of service to women in San Diego, the Board of Directors (pictured at the 2022 event) successfully threw the League’s first fundraising event in years, breathing new life into the organization. This year’s gala theme – Rise Up! – is inspired by Sister League’s tireless work to provide supportive housing to women affected by mental illness, homelessness, trauma, and domestic abuse with services designed to encourage confidence, self-esteem and independence. Proceeds will support Sister League and its residents on their journeys to reach new heights
