Rancho Santa Fe Senior Center’s 10th Annual Healthy Aging Conference

The Rancho Santa Fe Senior Center presents the 10th Annual Healthy Aging Conference, offering attendees the opportunity to gain valuable insights from leading experts in the field of aging, enjoy a delicious lunch, explore senior resources, and win exciting prizes.
Renowned author, speaker, and columnist Richard Lederer, PhD will serve as the event’s emcee, guiding attendees through a day of informative discussions. The conference will feature an esteemed lineup of speakers, including Bob Uslander, MD, co-founder and medical director of Empowered Endings with over 30 years of experience as a physician in Emergency Medicine, Palliative Care, and Hospice Care; Sheila Patel, MD, renowned for her expertise in integrative medicine, and blending the wisdom of Ayurveda, meditation, and yoga with modern medical practices; and Sarah Banks, PhD ABPP-CN, Neuropsychologist and Associate Professor of Neurosciences and Psychiatry at UC San Diego.
