Pairings with a Purpose Dinner Party

Philanthropic members of the community are invited to come together in support of Feeding San Diego’s School Pantry Program, which provides nutritious food to families experiencing food insecurity across San Diego County directly on K-12 school campuses. In the coming year, Feeding San Diego is focused on sustaining its School Pantry Program, which currently operates at 62 schools — with more than 35 additional schools on the waitlist due to growing need.

Culinary Director Alex Carballo will curate a four-course, farm-to-table meal using seasonal produce harvested directly from the farm. His commitment to local sourcing, sustainability, and reducing food waste closely aligns with Feeding San Diego’s values and vision for a more resilient food system. Guests will also enjoy perfectly paired wines, a live and silent auction, and a wine pull in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. This is more than a dinner — it’s a celebration of community, shared purpose, and the impact we can make when we come together to support local solutions to hunger and environmental sustainability.
