North Coast Singers Audition Call

San Diego North Coast Singers is seeking music-oriented students in grades 2-12 for its three youth choruses.

Based in Encinitas, North Coast Singers provides an excellent choral music education through live performance opportunities and a culturally diverse repertoire spanning classical, folk, jazz, and contemporary genres. The organization’s fall season begins in September, and interested students may attend open auditions on August 20 from 6 to 7pm or make an appointment for a brief voice check. No experience is required. The nonprofit youth chorus program was founded in 1993 by Sally Husch Dean and is now led by Executive and Artistic Director Melissa Keylock and Director Michelle Risling. The organization has grown to four ensembles, including three youth choirs and a select women’s chamber chorus.
