An exhibition of more than 25 lithographs from 1950-1990 by the late artist Françoise Gilot, the first and largest of its kind ever assembled, is now on display through November 11 at the Athenaeum Music & Arts Library in La Jolla.

Gilot, who had a long relationship with Pablo Picasso and later married Jonas Salk, died on June 6 at the age of 101.The lithographs, along with two oil paintings, travel sketch books, and more, are part of Dr. Diana Pickett’s vast collection of Gilot art. All of the pieces are for sale with a tax-deductible portion donated to the Athenaeum.
