Baja Bash
International conservation group Wildcoast will host the Baja Bash to raise awareness and funds for its ocean conservation and climate action programs.
The event also supports the nonprofit’s programs to preserve wild coastlines and wildlife in Baja. This year’s Baja Bash will take place at a private Solana Beach estate overlooking the lagoon and coast, where guests will celebrate Wildcoast’s high impact conservation work in Mexico and California. The event will feature gourmet food stations with San Diego and Baja chefs: Aidan Owens (Herb & Sea); Davin Waite (Wrench & Rodent, The Plot, Shoots); Drew Deckman (Deckman’s, 31ThirtyOne); Eduardo Salgado (Emat in Valle de Guadalupe); Emiliano Safa (Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa); Kelli Crosson (The Lodge at Torrey Pines); Roberto Alcocer (Valle and Malva); and William Eick (Matsu). The highly curated epicurean affair will also feature fresh Baja oysters, sustainable seafood, farm fresh produce, small batch tequila and mezcal, Valle de Guadalupe and Paso Robles wines, Baja Brewing Company craft beers, Bivouac Ciderworks hard ciders, and live music by Lee Coulter.
