2025 Cool Women Celebration

Girl Scouts San Diego will honor exemplary women whose personal and professional lives make them outstanding role models for girls.
During the 2025 luncheon and ceremony, five Cool Women will share the spotlight with 53 Emerging Leader Girl Scouts in grades 10-12 who are recognized for their achievements and commitment to leadership. This year’s celebration will honor Julie Dubick, Chief of Staff and Strategic Partners Advisor, The Conrad Prebys Foundation; Dr. Tina M King, President, San Diego College of Continuing Education; Luisa McCarthy, Co-Owner, La Vista Memorial Park and Mortuary; Debbie Rider, Esq., Assistant Dean of Development and Alumni Relations, University of San Diego School of Law; and Nancy Sasaki, President and CEO, United Way of San Diego County. Proceeds support programs that empower Girl Scouts to develop a strong sense of self, step outside their comfort zones, use their voices, and build resilience.
