Chef William Bradley of Addison at The Grand Del Mar has announced the launch of his 2015 guest chef series, Collections by Addison. He has invited four of the country’s most noted chefs to cook elegant eight-course dinners — four courses will be created by each visiting chef and four will be prepared by Bradley. The culinary venture is designed to showcase a collaborative dinner created by two chefs working together to prepare a one-of-a-kind dining experience highlighted by the best of the season. Like Bradley, all four selected chefs have received recognition from the James Beard Foundation and have earned Forbes Five-Star designations, among many other industry distinctions. The line-up is as follows and reservations are available for each evening starting at 5:30pm:
• April 25: Welcome to Spring Featuring Chef Josiah Citrin (Mélisse) & Chef William Bradley
• July 25: Salute to Summer Featuring Chef Justin Cogley (Aubergine) & Chef William Bradley
• October 17: Homage to Fall Featuring Chef Barbara Lynch (No. 9 Park) & Chef William Bradley
• December 5: Honoring Winter Featuring Chef Patrick O’Connell (The Inn at Little Washington) & Chef William Bradley
