Wavecrest Woodie Show

The 36th annual Wavecrest Woodie Show, hosted by the San Diego Woodies and often called the granddaddy of all woodie meets, takes place on Saturday, September 19, at Moonlight Beach in Encinitas. Woodies begin arriving in the wee hours of the morning and by 8am there are approximately 300 woodies of every size, shape, and description on display. Throughout the day attendees will enjoy live music, opportunity prizes, awards for the best of the best, and Wavecrest merchandise and food available for purchase. In addition to the all-day Saturday Woodie meet, the weekend kicks off on Thursday, September 17, at the Encinitas Car Classic Cruise Night hosted by Encinitas 101 MainStreet Association.
