Little Italy Tree Lighting and Christmas Village

Little Italy will sparkle with the colors, sounds, and tastes of the holidays when the Little Italy Association welcomes visitors to its 20th annual tree lighting and Christmas village. From 4-6pm, kids can visit Santa, take photos, and share their Christmas wishes, as well as enjoy fun arts and crafts. Christmas Village, located on India Street between W. Cedar and W. Grape Streets, is the perfect spot to pick up stocking stuffers and other holiday goodies from seasonal and Little Italy Mercato vendors. Carolers and ten-foot-tall nutcrackers on street corners will set the mood for the tree lighting at 6:30pm in the Piazza della Famiglia, while a second, towering “tree” of poinsettias will sparkle all night long. littleitalysd.com
