In Sight of the Sea

This year’s San Diego Horticultural Society Garden Tour will take garden lovers to Point Loma and Sunset Cliffs. Attendees will take an up-close look at home gardens in several of the neighborhoods on the peninsula, starting with an artistic garden in Loma Portal and concluding with three unique gardens in La Playa. Along the way, visit one of San Diego’s best palm gardens, created decades ago by Sinjen (SDHS’ 1998 Horticulturist of the Year honoree), top designer gardens, plant collector gardens, a fabulous potter’s garden, and several homes designed with their gardens in mind. sdhort.wildapricot.org
