Although Alzheimer’s disease took country music icon Glen Campbell last year, his legend lives on with the help of his former band leader. Jeff Dayton toured with the “Rhinestone Cowboy” for 15 years and is bringing Campbell’s songs and the stories behind them to Rancho Santa Fe for an event benefiting the San Diego/Imperial chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
