Community Resource Center’s 23rd annual English Tea is a benefit fundraiser for CRC’s programs that provide food, shelter, and counseling, including its Therapeutic Art Center for children affected by domestic violence. There are still a few tickets left, but if you can’ t make it to the event, CRC invites you to participate with a “forget-me-not” donation, with donors on prominent display at the event. This year’s gathering will feature NBC 7 News reporter Gaby Rodriguez as emcee and Encinitas Mayor Catherine Blakespear as guest speaker. crcncc.ejoinme.org/englishtea
