The turf and surf meet again as Del Mar opens its gates on July 18 for the first day of the Summer Racing Season. Join thousands on Opening Day at Del Mar and flock to the iconic coastal oval adorning the finest attire and most extravagant hats. Immerse yourself in high-stakes racing competition, which showcases many of the nation’s leading thoroughbreds, trainers, and jockeys.
