La Jolla Playhouse’s 2017 gala will take place on Saturday, February 4, at the Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina. Co-chaired by Lynelle and William Lynch and Vivien and Jeffrey Ressler, with honorary co-chairs Katherine and Mayor Kevin Faulconer, the evening will be highlighted by a one-night-only concert presentation of the Playhouse-born, Broadway-bound musical Come From Away. Gala festivities will also include a special Spotlight Tribute to LJP Artistic Director Christopher Ashley in honor of his ten years of vision and leadership.
