Art Alive 2018
Art Alive 2018
April 26-29, 2018 | San Diego Museum of Art
The 37th annual Art Alive brings together 100+ floral designers to transform works of art into exquisite floral displays. This year, Natasha Lisitsa and Daniel Schultz, the wife-and-husband team behind Waterlily Pond Studio in San Francisco, have been selected as the Rotunda Designers, transforming the space into a blaze of color with bright blossoms and lush foliage in honor of Nancy Lorenz: Moon Gold, the museum’s spring exhibition. In addition to the floral exhibition, Art Alive’s festivities also include the Premiere Dinner, an intimate black-tie event exclusive to Honorary Committee Premiere Patrons; the Bloom Bash Opening Celebration and kickoff party; a Flower Crown-Making Workshop; and Garden of Activities. sdmart.org
