St. Madeleine Sophie’s Center, a nonprofit organization for adults with developmental disabilities, is celebrating its 50th anniversary and hosting its 39th Haute with Heart Fashion Show and Luncheon, complete with boutique shopping, live and silent auctions, an opportunity drawing, and special entertainment by SMSC performers. The event will take place at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront with Brandi Williams serving as emcee and Kristi Pieper as honorary chair.
