Jewels with a Purpose
New to The Country Friends Consignment Shop in Rancho Santa Fe is Jewels with a Purpose, a line of on-trend Italian necklaces, bracelets, and earrings, with 40 percent of sales donated to TCF’s designated charities. Founder Eliza Friedman also sells her jewelry line at charitable events with a percentage of purchases benefitting a variety of causes.
“My inspiration and role model has always been my late father, a senior priest in Romania, an extraordinary man, a visionary, a forward thinker who made a huge difference in the community,” she says. “Growing up in that environment, these principles were instilled in me from a young age and as I grew up, became my passion.” Since 2005, Friedman has raised funds for more than 50 nonprofits on the East Coast. I am a past Board member and now volunteer for the San Diego
Brain Injury Foundation. (check us out via charity navigator and @ sdbif.org). We have an annual Friendraiser to raise money to provide services to brain injury survivors & their families in all SD county. This enables them to learn how to function in their homes and communities after they leave the hospital and rehabilitation center.
Our Friendraiser is September 24, 2016 at the Mission Trails Regional Park facility.
We do not have any jewelry scheduled for this function. It would be our wonderful to share our mission with you.
