New Years Eve Dinner at Chandlers Restaurant and Lounge

December 31, 4:30–6:30pm or 7:30–9:30pm

Two seating options will allow New Year’s Eve guests to dine prior to their merry-making — or to make dinner itself the main event. The early seating will offer three courses highlighted by an entrée selection of veal rib eye with braised escarole and confit tomato, Arctic char with apple cider-braised artichoke, day-long braised beef short rib with fresh papardelle pasta, or bacon-wrapped sea scallop. The second dinner seating will present five courses including a choice from among the above entrées and will include a glass of sparkling wine.
