Seuss Sculpture Showing

Published

For the first time in history, bronze sculptures from the Art of Dr. Seuss Collection are being placed in public and private collections as enduring tributes to Theodore Seuss Geisel’s prominent messages and ingeniously inspired nonsense. Hotel del Coronado will be the site for the inaugural show of the Dr. Seuss Touring Sculpture Garden, and will feature six five- to eight-foot sculptures of characters from The Lorax, How The Grinch Stole Christmas, Yertle the Turtle, Green Eggs and Ham, and The Cat in the Hat. Interested parties should not dilly-dally — this exhibit (free and open to the public) will only be on view through May 20, after which it will move to other prominent locations around the world.
